Find your way around PatoHQ

Understand the sidebar, location selector, search and settings.

Step by step

  1. Use the sidebar to open products, inventory, orders, purchasing and reports.
  2. Use the location selector to check which branch you are viewing before changing stock.
  3. Open search with Ctrl+K on Windows/Linux or ⌘K on Mac. You can also use / outside a text field.
  4. Open the company menu for your profile, billing and help. Open Settings for workspace configuration.

Good to know

Stock is held per location. Always check the selected location when quantities look different.

Available actions depend on your role, enabled modules and plan.
