Record cold-chain temperatures and review excursions

Monitor storage units against their acceptable temperature range.

Step by step

  1. Open Pharmacy → Cold chain.
  2. Add a unit with its Name, location and lowest and highest acceptable temperatures.
  3. Choose the unit and record the temperature you read, with an optional note.
  4. Review excursions in the review queue.
  5. Investigate the issue, record what you found and use Clear review when appropriate.

Good to know

A recorded temperature is a manual reading. Check the app’s threshold explanation and your storage procedures before deciding whether stock needs quarantine.
