Review prescriptions, refill limits and the dispensing log

Follow recorded fills and correct allowed limits.

Step by step

  1. Open Pharmacy → Prescriptions and find the prescription.
  2. Review Repeats allowed, Days between fills and Quantity per fill.
  3. Use Correct limits when an authorised correction is needed and choose Save limits.
  4. Open Dispensing log and filter by Prescription number and date range to review recorded fills.

Good to know

Refill limits and the dispensing log describe different parts of the same prescription history. Check recorded fills before adjusting limits.
