Hold and resume a basket

Pause one sale while serving another customer.

Step by step

  1. Prepare the basket you want to pause.
  2. Choose Hold sale.
  3. Open Held baskets when the customer returns.
  4. Choose Resume on the intended basket and check its items before checkout.

Good to know

Holding a basket is not a completed payment. Recheck availability before completing the resumed sale.
