Use product and pack barcodes to add items to a sale.

Step by step
- At the register, focus Search products or scan barcode and scan the item.
- For camera scanning, choose Scan barcode with the camera and allow camera access.
- If Which one did you scan? appears, choose the correct match.
- Check the item and quantity in the cart before charging.
Good to know
Pack barcodes can identify different units. Check the pack conversion when a scanned quantity surprises you.
If you get stuck
If no match appears, check the barcode on the product or variant. You can type the barcode or search by product name.
Available actions depend on your role, enabled modules and plan.
