Cancel a subscription renewal
Review the plan’s cancellation effect before confirming.

Step by step
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Choose Cancel subscription or the renewal cancellation action shown.
- Read the cancellation dialog and its timing.
- Choose Keep my plan to stop, or Cancel subscription to confirm.
- Return to Billing and verify the renewal state.
Good to know
Cancelling renewal and closing a workspace are different actions. Check the dates and access details shown for your current plan.
Available actions depend on your role, enabled modules and plan.
