Manage notification channels and categories
Choose which alerts reach your bell, browser and email digest.

Step by step
- Open Settings → Notifications.
- Review the available categories and their In-app, Browser and Email switches.
- Use Enable to request this browser’s notification permission.
- Configure the Daily email digest for categories whose Email switch is on.
- Use Send a test or Show example to check the notification preview.
Good to know
Browser alerts appear only while PatoHQ is open. Push alerts with the app closed are not available in this deployment. Email is one daily digest.
If you get stuck
If browser alerts do not appear, check browser/site notification permission and keep PatoHQ open.
Available actions depend on your role, enabled modules and plan.
