Set reorder points and restock rules

Define when an item needs replenishment.

Step by step

  1. Find the product in stock levels or open its product form.
  2. Set the Reorder point for the product or variant.
  3. Open Restock settings to set Safety stock, Maximum level, Order quantity and Supplier as needed.
  4. Check Purchase suggestions after recording enough stock and sales activity.

Good to know

Supplier lead time and incoming purchase orders affect suggestions. A reorder point is not an automatic purchase order.
